Ben Stites of Wyoming (far right in picture) was named as the Division II-III Runner of the Year.  He won the CHL and district meets, was fifth at the DII regional meet, and sixth at the state meet.  In the photo he is finishing sixth at state with a time of 16:22.21 as he leads the Cowboys to a completely unexpected fourth place for Wyoming's highest finish ever at state.
