2014 HARRISON CROSS COUNTRY INVITATIONAL

 Thanks for competing in this year's meet.  We hope that you have a great time and a competitive race!

 Important Notes:

·  Please see the map in your packet for the layout of the course.  It is still a double loop.

·Please be sure that all individuals remain on the school grounds and DO NOT cross onto the runway or airport property adjacent to the school.  Please inform all of your athletes, coaches, and spectators of this!  Trespassers on the airport property could be subject to arrest!

·Please restrict warm-ups and striders to the area noted on the map and away from the start line.  The 2^nd loop of the previous race will pass through the start area.  Please inform your athletes.

Race Schedule

9:00   Girl's Varsity  Run 7, Score 5

9:40   Boy's Varsity  Run 7, Score 5

10:20 Girl's Open  Unlimited entries, no team scoring

11:00 Boy's Open  Unlimited entries, no team scoring

 ·        We will be using racing tags with microchips to score this year.  In your packet, each athlete should have a BIB with their name on it.  If you are missing any BIBs, please see the meet manager at the green scoring barn (located between the START line and the football stadium) immediately. 

 ·        BIBs should be pinned on the CHEST of the singlet of each runner.  EVERY runner must have a BIB in order to be scored properly. 

 ·        As runners cross the finish line, tags will be removed by the scorers and placed in the proper order.  The torn tags will serve as a back-up in case of a computer issue

 General Information:

 ·        Please help us keep the grounds of Harrison High School clean by policing your team's area

 ·        Results will be posted on the green barn found in between the START line of the race and the football stadium.  Results will also be posted on the internet at www.buckeye-timing.com
